To apply, carry out the following steps:

2. Print the form.
3. Complete the form.

The documentation must be signed by the applicant.
If said documentation is not completed correctly or not signed, you will be informed immediately.
Request form and bank details
Once your application is accepted, you will receive a personal membership
card that includes your personal details and membership number.
The card is personal and not transferable.
The card is valid upon presentation of the DNI (identity document) card.
